3. Wear and progress. You wear each set of aligners about 20 to 22 hours a day, removing them to eat, drink, brush, and floss, and advance to the next set roughly every one to two weeks.
4. Check-ins. Periodic visits let us confirm your teeth are tracking as planned and make adjustments as needed.
