Dr. Austin Burnett
Dr. Austin Burnett was born and raised in Southern California. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, with minors in Chemistry and Japanese, from Brigham Young University, he graduated Magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.
During dental school, Dr. Burnett served as Clinic Director of a volunteer clinic providing free dental care to military veterans (the Sgt. Clint Ferrin Memorial Veterans Dental Clinic) and as president of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery club. He published multiple times, including an abstract on stem-cell use in dentistry supported by a competitive research grant. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Cook County Hospital, a Level I trauma center in Chicago, where he was named Resident of the Year twice and served as adjunct faculty for the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine.
Today Dr. Burnett practices privately and serves as a Clinical Educator at the UCLA School of Dentistry. He holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), and maintains active hospital privileges at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana. His surgical expertise supports the practice's extractions, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and implant procedures, including All-on-4 and All-on-6 full-arch restorations.

Dr. Amir Mostaghni is a board-certified periodontist and dental implant surgeon, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. A graduate of New York University, he has placed more than 7,000 implants and performed thousands of gum surgeries over the course of his career.
Dr. Mostaghni specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease — the chronic inflammatory condition affecting the gums and bone that support the teeth — as well as the surgical placement of dental implants. His presence allows the practice to manage advanced gum and implant care, including minimally invasive laser gum therapy, in-house.
Dr. Bahram Kianpour
Dr. Bahram Kianpour earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2021. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical and restorative care in a comfortable, compassionate, patient-centered environment.
