Dr. Mona Saati
Dr. Saati focuses on comprehensive case planning, aesthetic smile design, and preventive care. Her approach emphasizes detailed evaluations and customized treatment strategies that align with each patient’s goals.

Dr. Amirali Karimi
Dr. Amirali Karimi is a general dentist based in Orange County and a graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. He is known for his conservative, detail-oriented approach, focusing on preserving natural tooth structure while restoring strength, function, and aesthetics. By combining clinical precision with an artistic perspective, Dr. Karimi delivers results that look natural, feel comfortable, and are designed to last. He is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care tailored to each patient.
Dr. Sal Sheckley
Dr. Sal Sheckley is a dedicated and compassionate dentist known for a gentle approach and a strong commitment to patient education. Believing that informed patients make the best decisions about their oral health, he takes time to explain procedures clearly and create a comfortable, reassuring experience for every individual.
Dr. Sheckley earned a bachelor’s degree from UCLA before pursuing a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Arizona. With a passion for comprehensive care, he focuses on restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, surgical procedures, and dental implants—helping patients regain both function and confidence in their smiles.
Outside the office, Dr. Sheckley enjoys staying active through hiking and soccer, and has a love for travel, always seeking new experiences and cultures. This well-rounded perspective helps foster meaningful connections with patients and a warm, personable approach to care.
Dr. Austin Burnett
Dr. Burnett was born and raised in Southern California. He was an Advanced Placement/International Baccalaureate student at Troy High School in Fullerton where he graduated from the Troy Tech program with High Honors and as a member of the National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation.
After 15 years in Orange County, Dr. Burnett left California with an academic scholarship to pursue his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in Utah. There he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and minors in Chemistry and Japanese. Dr. Burnett graduated Magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.
While in dental school he served as the Clinic Director of a volunteer clinic donating free dental care to military veterans (Sgt. Clint Ferrin Memorial Veterans Dental Clinic) and was the president of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery club. He also served as a Pre- Dental Student Coordinator for the American Student Dental Association and as an Assistant Course Instructor at the dental school.
Dr. Burnett published multiple times while in dental school including an abstract on stem cell use in dentistry, a research project for which he was awarded a competitive research grant. Dr. Burnett completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Cook County Hospital, a level one trauma center in Chicago (see ER the tv show). He was awarded the Resident of the Year award twice while in residency, served as an adjunct faculty member for the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, and presented at the Chicago Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons biannual meeting on malignant transformation of odontogenic keratocysts.
Dr. Burnett currently works both in private practice and as a Clinical Educator at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry (UCLA). He has completed certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). He has active hospital privileges at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana. Dr. Burnett is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (CALAOMS), the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA), the California Dental Society of Anesthesiology (CDSA), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Orange County Dental Society (OCDS,).
Dr. Burnett married his wife Elise in Redlands, CA. They currently have three children: Caden (8), Vance (6), and Macey Jane (2). Dr. Burnett is an Eagle Scout, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, avid guitarist, passionate soccer player, and die-hard Lakers fan!
Dr. Amir Mostaghni
Dr. Amir Mostaghni is a board-certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon. Dr. Mostaghni graduated from New York University, has placed over 7000 implants and gum surgeries, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology.
He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease (a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the gums and bone supporting the teeth, also known as gum disease), as well as in the placement of dental implants.

One of the defining characteristics of our practice is interdisciplinary collaboration. Rather than working in isolation, our doctors coordinate care for patients requiring multi-phase treatment.
